Customer Service is a top priority for us at Drainage Consultants and we continually assess the ways we deal with customers to ensure that we're making dealing with us as easy as possible. Our dedicated team in the office keep our customers updated with progress of jobs and you will have access to an Engineer twenty four hours a day if required, rather than just reaching a call centre.

Real-time Trackers are fitted to all our vehicles, allowing us to see at any moment the exact location of our Engineers. This has enabled us to reduce call out times to customers by dispatching the vehicle closest to the destination and has meant a great step forward in improving and developing our already efficient working practices.
